Project Summary: Wellpath
Wellpath is a healthcare company based in Nashville, Tennessee, U.S. with over 500 facilities nationwide located in 35 states and Australia with over 17,000 employees. Wellpath is known as one of the nation’s largest for-profit healthcare providers for correctional and behavioral health facilities. They provide medical and behavioral healthcare in jails, prisons, and inpatient residential treatment facilities. Wellpath determined that they needed a more effective and engaging way to train new hires, specifically the recruiting team and field hiring manager team.
After vetting different options, Wellpath decided to partner with TTA to develop an engaging eLearning onboarding program. Utilizing their current LMS, Wellpath worked with TTA to design a new hire onboarding program using a blended approach that incorporates interactivity and engaging eLearning modules. Through this new program, Wellpath had the goal of shortening the new hire onboarding process and including follow up check-ins, reinforcement training, and a facilitators guide which would provide notes and job aids to use as a quick reference. By partnering with TTA, Wellpath was able to transform their onboarding program by shortening the process and developing eLearning content that was engaging for learners.
