Jacob is a Technical Support Representative who works with the IT Team to help prevent and resolve technical issues.
Jacob believes that IT is a cornerstone of a well-developed system. Being able to correctly identify and implement IT strategies creates a better experience for the users involved.
Jacob has worked in multiple career fields, from being a Senior Airman in the United States Air force to working in e-commerce. In his previous positions, Jacob acquired training in employee onboarding management.
Jacob is currently working on his Associate’s Degree in Computer and Cybersecurity Networking from Nashua Community College.
