Marlborough, MA – December 1, 2022 – TTA (The Training Associates), a leading provider of expert learning and development talent and upskilling solutions, has become an EC-Council Accredited Training Center (ATC). With the organization landscape evolving more to a hybrid workforce structure, TTA has joined the training partner program to deliver cybersecurity technology training and certifications to narrow the widening skills gap among employees.

According to the 2022 Cybersecurity Thematic Research, in 2021, enterprises invested more in cybersecurity and cloud architecture due to employees working remotely during the pandemic. This trend continues as organizations continue to operate in a hybrid workplace model and place cybersecurity as a critical part of their corporate risk strategy. To help organizations build ethical hacking capabilities and skills of their teams, TTA in partnership with EC-Council, offers training and certification focused on the core certifications needed to help organizations address the rising skills gap across their cyber security professionals.

Several of the popular offerings include Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH), Certified Network Defender (C|ND), and Certified Cybersecurity Technician (C|CT). TTA is also excited to provide training on the latest version of the world-renowned Certified Ethical Hacker program, C|EH v12. This upgraded version adopts a new strategy and includes the advanced metrics to learn, certify, engage, and compete for frameworks—to strengthen the ethical hacking fundamentals and equip the learner with real-world expertise. By partnering with TTA, leaders can prepare and train their teams on the essential ethical hacking course offerings.

“Cybersecurity awareness and training is a top priority for organizations,” said Maria Melfa, President and Chief Executive Officer at TTA. “We’re committed to train cyber professionals and employees on the gold standard in cybersecurity training content from EC-Council, so they can weaken cybersecurity vulnerabilities across their hybrid workforce.”

“Presently, 50% of the cybersecurity jobs in the US remain unfilled,” said Jay Bavisi, President and CEO of EC-Council. “Cybersecurity training has become critical to the nation’s businesses, governmental agencies, and all other organizations. EC-Council is delighted to have TTA on board as an authorized Training Center for our certifications and we look forward to their contribution to upskilling the cybersecurity workforce in the US with EC-Council training programs.”
