Project Summary: Forest Labs
Forest Laboratories, a pharmaceutical company known for developing and delivering leading-edge products that make a difference in people’s lives, was seeking alternative ways to deliver new-hire sales training throughout their organization. Over the past several years, the organization has experienced exponential growth, leading to an expansion of its franchises. In anticipation of a new product scheduled to be launched in the marketplace within six months, the company had ramped up its hiring efforts — bringing aboard several new sales representatives. After an internal study revealed that training costs were very high compared to industry benchmarks, they decided to use an outsourced approach to help with the large volume of classes required to train the sales team on the new product. Forest Labs outsourced their training needs to TTA due to their capabilities and experience. TTA found local experienced sales trainers that matched the client’s requirements and conducted train-the-trainer classes to get them upskilled on the unique products. Forest was able to quickly create a solid bench of trainers that were available on demand.
