Project Summary: Accenture/HP
HP engaged Accenture to develop a new sales training curriculum for a 5-year sales training program, with the goal of better enabling their global sales force and channel partners to drive more HP revenue. Building on our 15-year relationship, Accenture partnered with TTA to provide talent to deliver instructor-led training in 48 countries for 23 different ILT/VILT courses. TTA leveraged its network of global expert trainers to find the most qualified talent to meet Accenture and HP’s stringent requirements. In the first year of the program, there were 276 training sessions, delivered to 4,700+ learners, over 3,618 total training hours. The sales training was successfully delivered in 48 different countries and in 13 languages: Arabic, Czech, English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish. TTA won the 2019 Brandon Hall Gold Award for Excellence in Sales Performance and Best Sales Training for Extended Enterprise.
