TTA founders Vic and Maria Melfa have been recruiting, vetting, and placing contract L&D talent since the 1980s where they led their former company, Vitronix, to become the first and largest training center in the country for Microsoft, Novell, IBM, Oracle, and SUN UNIX training. TTA execs and seasoned management staff come from a wide range of backgrounds, including the learning, staffing, and recruiting industries. Under the governance of these leaders, TTA has grown to become the largest supplier of L&D talent and training-related solutions in the world.
