ACHIEVEMENTS

As a remote Training Consultant to FM Global, successfully changed mindset while revamping ILT training to either blended solutions or e-learning as well as updating past training to be more interactive and learner centric.

Lead remote Training Consultant to Casa Systems, responsible for the conversion of all ILT training to self-paced, web-based training as well as assisted with the implementation of the Casa Systems Learning Portal resulting in the first implemented LMS for Casa and the first series of e-learning suite available.

As a remote lead consultant to Vinfen, assisted the Director of Training and Development in demonstrating cause for a LMS by sharing best practices and converting ILT into WBT as well as revamping ILT to include more effective training methods.

As a member of the international Application Performance Management Product Education organization at Compuware played a lead role in the analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning assets related to the SaaS/OnPrem product line resulting in the first series of e-learning suite available for employees, customers, and partners internationally.

As the Director of Residential Programs for Center for Health and Development (CHD), evaluated and implemented processes to improve employee morale. Reduced absenteeism and tardiness by 80%. Increased productivity and service quality in a multicultural work environment and decreased turnover by 40% through staff empowerment, accountability, and job re-design.

For Fresenius Medical Services (FMS), streamlined and automated processes for all learning and development programs resulting in decreased absences for training, decreased error in training materials production, and time used.

As a member of the Brigham & Woman’s Hospital (BWH), Textron Systems (TSC) & FMC teams launched enterprise-wide Learning Management System, resulting in more robust analysis and management of training investments and solutions.

Organizational Development
