The insurance company utilizes independent agents to represent and sell its commercial lines of business. Deploy Six TTA Trainers with Experience in Commercial Lines Insurance and System Implementation Training

TTA identified, qualified and deployed six trainers experienced in training independent insurance agency personnel. TTA trainers demonstrated their flexibility and ability to handle unexpected glitches in delivering training on a system that was not yet in its final configuration. The trainers needed to adapt and train on variations to the system configuration based on the requirements of each state.
