Bill Bowman | Senior Consultant, M&A
Bill has led numerous high growth companies over the last 25 years, as President or CEO, including several that were sold or went public. In addition, he has co-founded two educational software companies, and the Montrose School, a private girls’ school with grades six through twelve located in Medfield, MA.
Bill’s extensive leadership experience includes prior roles as CEO of U.S. Inspect, President of ChildrenFirst Inc., Co-founder of Logal Software, Vice President of the Northeast Region of Jostens Learning Corporation, Co-founder of Spinnaker Software Corp, and Partner-in-Charge of Regis McKenna Inc. He began his business career as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. He also served as a Trustee of the five-campus University of Massachusetts system, which he served as Vice-Chair of the Board.
Bill earned an Industrial Engineering degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, graduating in the top 10% of his class. He recently co-founded the Business Ethics Forum in Houston, and speaks nationally about building ethical companies.
