 I wanted to share some feedback about what a pleasure it is working with [TTA]. I don't even know how you do all that you do, but I am certainly thankful that you do. [TTA consultants] are always responsive in a timely and pleasant manner despite having to deal with an overwhelming amount of requests put upon you by the many people on our project as well as others. In fact, some of the issues that are presented are not only challenging and many, but having to manage the personalities and idiosyncrasies of so many people is a task that not many people would rise to take on and TTA and its staff have surely risen.
...Whenever there is a problem with scheduling, billing or staffing, your company considers all possibilities, looks for the root cause and resolves the matter to great satisfaction. You are also open to suggestions and coaching and understand the benefit of seeking input to not only find the best solution but to ensure the team knows they are valued and respected.
We are all fortunate to have [TTA and its staff] to work with and I know others would echo these words.

(In response to TTA's new ACH payment method):
"Wow! Nice! Currently, I'm on a gig through TTA that has me in Indianapolis during the week and back home in Wisconsin on the weekends to get my check in the mail from you. This new ACH option eliminates that hassle. This service plus the services the (TTA) Travel Department offers will be two of the biggest helps to my business in the six years that I've been in existence!"

I just wanted to say a Big Thanks and let you know how incredible the entire team at TTA has been in getting all the logistics done to meet the needs of this demanding project. In particular, [TTA's] efforts last week went above and beyond the call of duty, making sure all my IOC's and multiple last minute travel arrangements and changes were taken care of and being so responsive to the clients needs for this project. TTA is the best thing that I've found in 49 years (except my wife and my son). I tell every student that their goal is to shed the 40 hour handcuffs and empower themselves by becoming TTA trainers. Who else can take off 20 weeks a year, keep their spouse at home with the family and still make a good living? Thanks to you, we homeschooled my son and my wife was slave to no corporation! I only wish I'd found you 10 years earlier.

I don't know how you keep up with everything being so subject to change. I know you probably deal with 100's of Dwight's out there. I just wanted to stop and say thanks. You and your colleagues do a masterful job. I imagine that most times people don't stop to say thanks, so I am stopping to say thanks.
